30+ Tinies Rolling Into St Pete!
NEW DATES: MARCH 27-28, 2021 | ENGLAND BROTHERS PARK
The festival, organized by LocalShops1, features the latest and greatest in tiny home living trends! In addition to the tiny structures, the festival brings a lineup of more than two dozen leading experts in the Tiny House movement. The event will also showcase local food trucks, mobile boutiques, artists and home-related businesses, plus free activities for children and more. TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE!! Tiny houses are homes typically sized under 500 square feet, and sometimes as small as 100 square feet, and can be on wheels, for mobility, or built on foundation. Tiny Houses are becoming more and more popular throughout the nation, thanks to their reduced cost and reduced carbon footprint. The Tiny Homes coming to the Florida Suncoast Tiny Home Festival (previously known as the St. Pete Tiny Home Festival) include model homes by builders as well as custom-built homes and converted buses/vans that are owner-occupied. Altogether, more than 30 Tiny Structures are expected at the festival. More than 5,000 people are expected at the third annual festival throughout the weekend, many traveling from throughout the state and even across the country. Admission includes full access to the festival grounds, where guests will get to explore the Tiny Homes and speak directly with the homeowners and builders. Admission also includes access to all the presentations, with topics including zoning, building regulations, decluttering your home, living green and much more. The festival is produced by LocalShops1 with the support of our partners and sponsors! Children 12 and under get in free! This event is rain or shine. No Drugs No Outside Alcohol (beer/wine available for purchase) Smoke-Free Event No Weapons Well-behaved pets on leashes are welcomed to our festival, but they will NOT be allowed inside the homes and other tiny structures.
